Reservation Guidelines

  • Reservations must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Conference rooms may be reserved from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • The conference room accommodates 2–15 guests.
  • Reservations are available to River District residents at no charge.
  • Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive an approval email from our team.
